Downtime on your equipment is a two-fold problem – it’s not facilitating your/your customer’s project and it’s costing you to have it repaired, so could we eradicate the time spent shipping it around? We offer on-site packages to suit your kit inventory – whether it’s focusing our efforts to complete specific repairs or a service & calibration across your full inventory, we will facilitate.
Our typical on-site services are ‘dailies’ or ‘weeklies’ for larger inventories.
We also offer bespoke Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for medium to long-term solutions.
Ad hoc repairs
Conventional repair solutions from our North London facility are carried out with a focus on reduction of downtime and quality of technical service.
Fixed price services
We offer fixed price services to meet the needs of customers who wish to keep a lid on the cost of maintenance while ensuring the longevity of their camera or lens. Ideal for a periodic ‘health-check’ or before that important shoot. Popular examples include:
- Cover glass inspection & clean.
- Fans inspected & debris removed.
- Firmware/Software reviewed & updated as necessary.
- Focus markings calibrated (Back focus check).
- Front and rear elements professionally cleaned.
